Hi all please go throught the above post that i want help on ,,

i am trying something like this to get the carry forward tickets for every month , when it is month end i wan to calculate the total tickets total tickets that are still active and total of tickets that is carry forward to next month as they are not resolved

In the above jun month has the total tickets as 163 out of which 143 are resolved and 20 will go as the carry forward so it has to be added to the count of total tickets in may as may total tickets are 423 and carry farward are 20 it has to be 443 and the the resolved is 416 so at the end of month the carry farward has to be 443-416 =27 ,this 27 has to be added to the next month and so onn,,

one more thing i took the data from Nov 2015 to june-2016 but when i took it as the load order it is not coming in that way ,i want it to be as NOV,DEC,JAN,FEB,MAR,APR,MAY,JUN
