Hi All,

we're using Nprinting 16 to generate our reports.

Unfortunaely, our nprinting scheduler doesn't seems to generate reports on time. So, I thought of restarting the server and fix the issue.

But, when i tried to restart the server it has thrown me an error and went into Stopping status.

How to restart the server now. Could someone please help me to come out of this situation. As this is our PROD server, we are unable to generate the reports on time to the users.

Please do the needful.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Jesh
