Create Select Statement - Selecting fields from a table

When I try to create a select statement the fields are not showing for some of my tables my database tables. My connection works ok and each table has been created by the same username with permissions. I can load the data from the tables using select *. I just cant get access to the fields. The tables I am selecting do have data-fields and have been populated with data. I have attached screenshots of the fields displaying for a table and not.
