But if I look on your table all dates are existing only a few events are missing - this would is easier the you could use something like: if(len(trim(Event))=0,'No Entry', Event) as Event.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Marcus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
