    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a big problem with the distribution service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All tasks disappeared (except supporting tasks) and it says on the server that the QDS service needs a restart all the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted Qlik support but this is quite urgent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any chance we could get some help asap?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

This may lead to a lot of guessing, delaying the eventual resolution even more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Care to post the last distribution log that has something sensible to say about this problem? Distribution logs are called Root_&lt;EM&gt;date&lt;/EM&gt;.txt and can be found in &lt;EM&gt;C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log&lt;/EM&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issues has been resolved by my colleague.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Solution: Seems data are corrupted:&amp;nbsp; C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We restore the backup data then we could see all our tasks in QMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
