How to make my stack chart change to line chart ?

Hi All

May i know how to make the chart 1 , Now is stack bar chart . i need it display none stack bar chart , so that i can view the exp trend by month.

Meaning the bar only have one color , so that i can change to line chart.

Hi Paul,

If it's currently stacked it means that you either have 2 dimensions or more than 1 expression.

If you have 2 dimensions, you can remove the second dimension and if needed, modify your expression to calculate the expected result.

If you have 1 dimension but more than one expression, combine your expressions to one to calculate the expected result.

If you have an example file, it'll be easier to advice on what would be the easiest way.

Hi,

Use Combo chart ->

then select 1 expr as Line

and Other is Bar in Expression tab

after prepare bar stock chart then go to general-->select line chart

it will display the both expressions in line chart but change the presentation with 3D look

I have change to line chart , after change to 3D , it still display not right.

Hi,

You have two dimensions in your chart. If you want to remove the stack, then remove second dimension which is

=if(Seq>1 and EXP_P='Y' AND len(Trim($(ColumnDim8)))>1,$(ColumnDim8) & ' ' )

After this you can change the bar chart to a line chart.

go to dimensions, click on second dimension(which is a calculated one) and click remove.
