      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hi Friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a typical situation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The user places text files in a folder and he updates couple of times a day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no updated time column in the file he updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to do incremental load only for those records he updated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used Filetime() function but it gives me the updated time but not updated records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pavan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
