Hi,

I have created a speedometer chart . And i have added the Text using the Presentation Tab------Text--- Add text and placed the text in the below of the chart. It was working fine.

But once after closing and Opening the QVW file the Text added which should be bottom of the chart has moved to top of the chart. Just clicked on the chart the text moved to bottom of the chart.

Attached the QVW file and the word document for your reference.

Please suggest is there any way to rectify this.

How to confirm this with QlikTech. I am using the QV 9.00 license version through the partner. Is there any other way to confirm this is bug or changes has to be done at the QVW file.

Hi,

I had similar problem and even I think it is bug. However I had fixed it (though not the best way). I had tried the same steps with your file and it works now. You can try pressing the CTRL + SHIFT (together) and then click on the chart itself. You can see the red color borders for the chart & label. If you reduce the width of the label and move it to wherever you wanted to...

I know this is the not the best way of doing things. But I had to come around this problem with accidental solution!

Good luck!

Yes you can move it using Ctrl-Shift, but when saving it and re-opening it the label still moves to the top.

There is a bug with this if unselecting the option "On Top" for the text., QV 10 SR2 should have it fixed.

Don't see why it would work for some and not others. Try moving the label around after you have selected 'On Top'.

Otherwise, like Johan said... fixed in v10 SR2.
