Pull information from Active Directory

Just wondering if anyone is able to shine some light on this...

Is there any way to pull user information stored in Active Directory into Qlikview?

For example:

Employee # for each employee is stored in Active Directory. I'd like to somehow gather the employee # for the user opening up the document so that I can use it as a variable.

Any help would be appreciated.
