Linking Tables with a Condition

I have 2 excel tables. The one table is a "Customers Table" and the other is a "Sales Table"

The customer table is as follows:

Customer Code	Customer	Customer Group
ELS001	ElSat - JOHANNESBURG	Branch

The Sales table is as follows.

Customer Code	Item Code	Qty	Sales Value
ELS001	INSL	100	100,000
ELS001	ABC	50	25,000
ELS001	FEPT	60	17,000

If we sell Item Code " INSL" to Customer ELS001 , I want the Customer Group to change to , say , "Multichoice" , otherwise the Customer Group must stay as "Branch"

How do I create the scripting for this?
