In background of Expresiions,

you can use as

suppose Exp 1>> sum(qty1)

Exp 2 >> sum(qty2)

if(sum(qty1)<>sum(qty2),yellow())

and similary in text format use

if(sum(qty1)<>sum(qty2),'<b>')
