Hi,

I am using emailId (string)-Autonumber# generating a key, with this I am integrating the data with other tables.. So,we are missing the data which are not matched with these email ID's and I suggested them to include a primary key in table, and we starting including Key starting at this moment. Is it possible to check one of these keys to show data with out eliminating previous data ?

Then you can use exists() function to check whether the value exists already or not.
