Dynamic update from input field?

I would really appreciate some help on how to apply a dynamic update action to set all of all visible values of a field ('Group') to what is entered into an input field. I have attached a QVD illustrating what I would like to do.

Great pointer! It is certainly very close to the target, and I believe it could solve the problem. However, I would like to avoid using macros. It seems to me that this should be possible only with actions. Meanwhile, I will see what I can do with this.Thanks!
