    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are using QV 9 SR4 version and trying to access one of the QlikView document using iPad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the instructions that I could find on this forum.. added user to the document, Ajax is enabled, etc.. from the QlikView app on iPad, I am using server's IP address as URL and provided user crendentials.. however I keep getting an error message as - No authorized documents found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone please help? thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure the users you are loggin in as have a license assigned. Check that the server doesn't allow anonymous accounts (QEMC, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, click on your server and go to the right side, Security). Check that the Accesspoint says LOGGED IN AS: Domain\Accountname&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven't done that yet, update your iOS to 4.3.1, previous have reported errors authenticating to NTLM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
