Hi,

I want to be certified in Qlikview.

Is there any online Qlikview Certification for Developers?

Or centers for Qlikview Course.

Yeah, I'm also looking for something like that. so that we know QV inside out. From setting up the server to the end of it.

So far, i'm only informed that there are 2 courses out there

- Professional (To learn the front-end, how to make chart, configure it, etc...)
- Enterprise (To learn the scripting and data loading..etc mainly back-end..)

The 3rd is probably for Publisher.

I learn the Publisher from the PDF manual.

If there's a certification to do, i'd like to attend. 🙂

Hi Both

Just so you are both aware, I have made this enquiry direct to QlikTech and for whatever crazy reason they have, you are only "allowed" to do the certification course if you work for a QlikView Partner. This means that if you, as I do, work for a simple customer of QlikTech then you are not allowed to do the certification program.

QV does offer classes in developer I, II and III (plus others), which offers alot of info. That being said I do find QV is weak on documentation, and I have learned lots from this web site.

Strange thing that only Qlikview Partners are allowed to get certifaction ... certainly since there are a lot of smaller companies working with Qlikview intensely ...

I'm in the same situation 😞

I also agree that the QV documentation is weak ... especially when encountering problems with more complex parts. Luckily the forum is a great help in this ... so thanks all forum members for helping me (and all others) out!!

Has anyone done any of the courses? If so, can you provide a few details - eg what sort of standard are they, who would benefit most from attending? Are they good value for money?

I have taken Developer I and II and signed up for III next month . There were a good introduction to QV but like any computer class they were not cheap. QV has a section on their web site where you can see all the classes (on-line and class room).
