Load Password protected Excel File (file must be closed, not opened)

Dear All,

Is it possible to load password protected excel file while the excel file is closed (not opened)?

I am aware that we can use ODBC connection, however the file must be opened.

I have followed some suggestions from these posts, however they have not fully solved my current situation.

Please kindly share if you have alternative solution for this.

Dear Shankarece,

In the post that you share, Siva Boggarapu faced the same problem.

I just tested it as well & still counter the similar issue.

In that solution, the excel file must be opened (not closed).

"Thank you shubham, It is working..but only the document should be open with password first or else it does give error.
