Hello again,

Does anyone has a sample qlikview application with security settings (section access or nt security perhaps) that each users or groups has different "user privileges" (in the Settings->Document Properties->Security tab?

Hi Jason,

in the security table, users can be assigned the access levels ADMIN or USER. If no access level is assigned, the user cannot open the QlikView document.

A person with ADMIN access can change everything in the document. Using the Security page in the Document Properties Sheet dialogs, a person with ADMIN access can limit the users' possibilities of modifying the document. A person with USER privileges cannot access the Security pages.

Hello Rainer,

yes i understand what you mean, but what i'm asking is supposed i have users (or groups) with different privileges, like

user1 - cannot reload and modify script and module
user2 - can reload, but cannot modify script
user3 - can reload but cannot add sheet and modify module and script
user4 - cannot reload but can add sheet, modify module and script

so what would be the section access for these?
