I need to dynamically set parameter and calculate total pay - what if analysis depending on the experience.

In the current scenario I need to calculate the pay depending on current year of experience which vary in every case.

That means I need to use the matrix for calulation matching the year of experience they have and the pay out for that particular year for a given individual.
