      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you use this function today i.e 03-08-2013, you will get an integer say x. then for the same function combination tomorrow (04-08-2013) you will get x+1 and for day after tomorrow x+2 and so on. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

For example, &lt;CODE style="font-family: 'Courier New', Courier, monospace; font-size: 1.2em;"&gt;DATE(108,1,2)&lt;/CODE&gt; returns January 2, 2008 (1900+108).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If &lt;SPAN class="bterm" style="font-weight: 600;"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;year&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; is between 1900 and 9999 (inclusive), Excel uses that value as the year.
