Hi Everyone,

We utilize Line Charts with both lines and symbols in them. When I print reports with charts embedded in them, the weight of lines and size of symbols are unaffected by the Line / Symbol Settings on the object's 'Presentation' tab. The weight and size are always extremely thin or small.

Is there anyway to overcome this?

Thank you,

Ben

I've done this by creating clones with very large symbols (looks ridiculous on the screen) and using these in my reports.

Terrible hack, but they look great.

I've now found that once this was put and run from the server, everything changed i.e. the lines were thicker and the symbols were much larger, so I had to go back to their normal weights on the screen.

The implications are that I will need two different solutions depending on whether it is run on the server or the local machine. This probably talks back to the point raised above around print drivers making a difference.
