Macro issue, Please help solve this strange issue

I have a macro that simply exports some qlikview data and launches an external process with cmd line arguments. The script executes fine everytime on my machine, it executes fine on the server from IE plugin however when one of my clients trys to launch it by using IE plugin on their machine they receive this error everytime.

I have the module set to "system access".

Running QVS 11

64 bit server

Please advise!

Your clients must also allow macro execution with system access. Normally an user see by opening a popup window, if not the settings.ini must be change.

Where is the settings.ini located and what do I have to change?

Usually here:

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\QlikTech\QlikView

To verify that the user has selected the incorrect Macro security, you can press Ctrl+Shift+M when he has opened the app in the plugin.
