Cannot open html page -- problem with one html page

Hi Folks, I am trying to load the data from 3 HTML pages. From yesterday onwards, my tesk got failes with "Cannot open HTML Page" for one report.

http://etlserver01:8000/Tracking_Date/QV/WaterFallChart.html

http://etlserver01:8000/Tracking_Date/QV/ScatterChart.html

http://etlserver01:8000/Tracking_Date/QV/HistoryData.html

The task ran sucessfully yesterday onwards after that the one file got failed.

Can any one help why the QV task got failed??

Hi.

It is the publisher that retrieves this data.

Make sure the publisher server has access to the html pages.

The Publisher service is started with a specific user account. Make sure that user account has access to the html pages.

Finally, make sure the html have not been altered.

It has to be some of these three suggestions.

Hi Wagner, Thanks for your reply. I am still unable to reload the application from my QV Desktop version. I am able to open the HTML pages on IE or Chrome. The problem with only one below file:

I am not sure, why this wired situation. Previously I able reload the application both from my QV Desktop and publisher. The problem with only above mentioned HTML file.
