    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I am exporting my data to excel 2007 I am having issue with Customer ID field. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its a nine digit field usally starting with '0' i.e. 079829909&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I export it to excel its not preserving the leading zero i.e 79829909.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usally to over come this I convert the field to Text so that it holds the leading zero.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise the best option to avoid such scenarios while exporting data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;H&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you really need it to be text in excel then you'll have to convert it to text. Otherwise you could simply change the formatting in excel so it shows leading zeros.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
