Hi All,

We have just upgraded from QlikView V9 SR5 to V11 SR1 and we have started to get the following error appearing randomly on some reloads when using Publisher:

Error: SQL##f - SqlState: S1000, ErrorCode: 3114, ErrorMsg: [Oracle][ODBC][Ora]ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

Given it was working fine before on V9 I am suspicious about the new qvconnect64.exe application, and would like to see if it is where the issue is occuring. The problem I have is I do not know where to look to find any logging for this application, if there even is any.

This is happening for our sub-daily reports, which are running every 15 minutes through Publisher. There is a total of 8 individual reloads running, and generally 1 will fail every 15 minutes. When I removed the development jobs (4 of the 😎 it was more stable. I also wonder if there is a capacity issue we are hitting.

If anyone has ideas on how we might be able to resolve this issue it would be appreciated!
