Hi,

We've just installed QV11 and are having some performance issues with our IE plugin.

Our reports have become very slow and sluggish from the user-end.

We've upgraded from QV9 where the speed and responsiveness of our reports were much quicker.

Also, the QV11 plugin saves the users past selections so when they open a report their selections from their previous sessions are selected.

How can start off with a blank canvas when the report opens the user end?

Hi, I don't know how to help with the reports, but for the second part ( session recovery), you can disable it unchecking the "allow session recovery" on the document tab of QMC (v11)

I cant seem to find this selection in the Management Console.

What tab is it under?

Allow Session Recover is under

System > Setup > Management Service > QlikView Servers > your_server > Documents

Does anyone have the same issue whereby the speed of the Web based Qlikview Reports are slow?

When users click on a listbox, for example, it takes Qlikview about 2 seconds to highlight the selection.

This was instantaneous on QV9

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
