      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just use Notepad, Wordpad, or any other text editor. QVS files are plain text files, with a different extension that TXT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Miguel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear Meriem,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can open "QVS" extension file in any editor, for example notepad, notepade++ or adobe dreamweaver as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the same way you can create the file with extension by using ".qvs" extension instead of ".txt".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Save your file "YourFileName.qvs"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ishfaque Ahmed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
