Hello Thomas,

you can use the section access in your script. Explaining it will take some time. But there are a lot of interresting posts and examples in the forums and blogs. I just tried "section access" as search string with some formidable results like

http://community.qlik.com/forums/t/26502.aspx

Regards, Roland

I am using Qlikview Version 9.00.7.119..4.

We have set up our report in such a way that it gives the sales figures of our company according to the various territories that has been set up in the report. Can I know if there is a way where by we can restrict access for a few users to a particular territory only and prevent them from seeing the data in other territories?

For example, user A can see only sales related to territory Australia; user B can see only sales related to territory India, User C can see both India and Australia. Hope its clear

Please help and this is very much needed here in my company
