topic URL is invalid in QlikView

Hi, I am trying to load .txt file from a ftp connection.

I insert the ftp address, tu user name and password and press connect. The system show me the files . When I choose one and press Open, the system write: URL is invalid.

Who can help me ?

Much reasons may initiate this result. Try change passive mode and access rules at FTP server.

Thank Semen Art, I have changed passive mode but the error is the same. How change the rules at FTP server in QlikView ?

Its placed at FTP server configuration. QlikView cant connect to some FTP servers, because qlik configuration too poor. Try to connect with yo internet browser. If it can, than trouble with yo pc, try other pc or place in network.
