    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to have open intervalsused with the intervalmatch function?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sice normally closed intervals are taken, as stated on page&amp;nbsp; 243 of the &lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.qlik.com/servlet/JiveServlet/downloadBody/1794-102-1-1791/QlikView Reference Manual.pdf"&gt;Reference Manual&lt;/A&gt;: &lt;EM&gt;"&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;The intervals are always closed, i.e. the end points are included in the interval."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;What I would need are intervals that are only closed on one side:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;[0,10)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;[10,20)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;[20,30)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;So that in the end the dataseries with value "20" is not associated with two series of 10.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;Cheers,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="st"&gt;Jonas&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
