Manipulation in Pivot Table

Dear Eperts

Just wanted to know if we can do calculations within Piviot table data cells. For example I have a pivot table shown below(Image).

I want to manipulate the data in this pivot table and add that manipulated data in the bottom. What I am trying to do is basically to duplicate the whole pivot table at the bottom but Sum(F3) and Sum(F4) should be calculated for the duplicated dimensions.

To illustrate this, I want to include the below calculated lines at the bottom of the pivot table. is this possible?

F1 F2 Sum(F3) Sum(F4)

A P 1-0 75-0

A Q 12-1 46-75

A R 34-12 35-46

A S 45-34 23-35

B T 67-45 12-23

B U 78-67 23-12

B V 56-78 34-23

B W 45-56 23-34

You can add a calculated Dimension as F5, but to add values to F1 and F2, I think you need to add logic to your load script.
