two dates in one ??

Hello,
I have a table with the fields [customer name], [date of accession] and [due date of recovery], would relate the two date [date of accession] and [due date of recovery] on a single date that is selected the year and show a tab for all the [date of accession] and all the other tab to the [due date of recovery].
That would be done through something that macro when selected tab sets specific date to [date of accession] and when you select another tab sets the date for the [due date of recovery]

Ola,

Tenho uma tabela com os campos [nome do cliente], [data de adesão] e [data de vencimento de cobrança], teria como relacionar as duas datas [adesão] e [vencimento de cobrança] em uma única data,para que seja selecionado o ano e mostrar em uma aba tudo para a [data de adesão] e na outra aba tudo para a [data de vencimento de cobrança].

Ou teria como fazer através de macro algo que quando selecionado determinada aba define a data para [data de adesão] e quando selecionar outra aba define a data pra [data de vencimento de cobrança]
