I want to create a document that allows a user to reload data through the access point. I would like to know if it's possible to have an input box for a user to input a file path to an excel file and then push a button that would reload the document. I have the reload looking at the variable path. I have been able to do this with the client and it works fine using - ActiveDocument.Reload. However when it's published to access point, this functionality doesn't work. I am trying it with the IE plugin. When I click the button nothing happens. Is it possible to do this? Is there a document that defines what can or can't be done with the clients.

Hi Tom,

Indeed, reload is one of the actions not allowed by clients (as accessing to the script editor). But you may find useful to create a EDX task.

Hope that helps.

Miguel
