Hi Alex,

I agree with swuehl. Perhaps the ID field is a key and you can use it to setup an import filter that keep only filled rows.

I used this trip many times and for me it work well, you have only to find the right field.

Best

The NPrinting Team

Hello,

I can load multiple excel files with multiple sheets. My problem however is that the start of the table with in the sheets is not consistent. The table usually starts on row 9, however there are instances in which the table starts at row 10, 15, 17, 22 etc. The field names are consistent if that helps.

Thank you,

Alex

Field Names are...

F1

Name,

ID,

Account,

F5,

[Pay Code],

F7,

Money,

Hours,

Wages

Hi Alex,

if the rows above your content are empty, it should not be a problem (I believe QlikView will disregard the empty rows).

If they are not, you could try the input filters (best using the table file assistant, transformation steps, conditional delete).

Hope this helps,

Stefan
