    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try This&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a Button / Text object, go to actions, click on External&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there you will find "Open Qlikview Document" and in the right handside text you give the path of the application.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;enable the check boxes for 1. Transfer State, 2. Apply State on top of current.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two applications, say Test1.qvw and Test2.qvw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Test1.qvw is accessible through AccessPoint i.e application is in root folder but Test2.qvw is at another location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created a listbox in Test1.qvw, list box having value SH01, SH02,New.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a selection of SH01 &amp;amp; SH02 the sheet from same application get activated but when I select New the Test2.qvw should get open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What macro should I write for the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently I am using QV10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks &amp;amp; Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Upendra,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlikview 9 :- Create a Button -&amp;gt; Go in Actions Tab -&amp;gt; Click Add Button -&amp;gt; In Action Type List Select "&lt;B&gt;External&lt;/B&gt;" -&amp;gt; In Action List Select "&lt;B&gt;Launch&lt;/B&gt;" -&amp;gt;Click OK -&amp;gt; Now in Application Browse "&lt;B&gt;C:\Program Files\QlikView\QV.Exe&lt;/B&gt;" -&amp;gt; &amp;amp; in FileName Put the Name of the File U want to open And Press apply &amp;amp; OK. U Can put a Field or a Variable Name in FileName Textbox as well. This will open the File In a new Qlikview window. If u want to open the file in the same window u can remove the &lt;B&gt;QV.EXE&lt;/B&gt; path from the application menu &amp;amp; it will open the Qliview file in the sam window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlikview 8.5 -&amp;gt; Go in Launch tab of a button -&amp;gt; In Application textbox put the name of the file to be opened. (Same way u can use a field Name or a variable) here as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
