I have been told not even R&amp;amp;D can not get your document back if you lose the password, or mess up Section Access and can not get back into the document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

It is always a bad strategy used by Microsoft in the past, because one day someone will find the algorithm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The encryption should always be based on the key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
