SAP Connector error prompted when extracting data from ECC 6.0 SAP Server

Hi All ,

I have installed QV8.5 and SAP Connector 5.0.6 on one of the PC and the SAP server is Ecc 6.0 resided at Germany.

I have installed the SAP Connector and it was successfull and custom data ODBC connection is sucess

While extracting data from any of the tables its prompting error message as below

"Fetch aborted,due to unexpected exception.Key=ERROR (ID:00 Type:E Number:001 /qtqvc/control record not found)"

the issue is prompted for any tables(MARA,KNA1 etc) am extracting

Did you import correct transports correctly? Which transport did you import. What's your R/3 version? What's the patch level for SAP_BASIS?

To investigate you may check SM37 and select all the cancelled jobs by the R/3 user you are using for the connectivity. If you find the cancelled job, you should see some helpful information in the job log. Also check system dumps and system logs (SM21) on the app server you are connecting to.

Please post your findings so I can be little more helpful.

the role QTQVACCESS is not assigned to user , which you are to using for extraction.

pls check role assigned to user id in sap.
