OMIT - partial usage

Dear User group

Is it possible to create OMIT depending to one data value of one field.

Example

DATA:

Country Sales Cost of Sales
US 100 50
FR 50 20
PL 20 5

USER A allowed to see all data
USER B allowed to see only cost of Sales for Country FR
but allowed to see sales from all countries
--> therefore section access by row not possible

If you can send me your direct email address I have a working solution for this situation (Section Access Plus as I call it) - I can't post it here as it needs both a .qvw and an Excel sheet to control the permissions.

I'm looking to post it to the 'Share Qlikview's' shortly but that may be a few weeks away.
