Promotions have the dimensions Shop and Product. Revenue has Shop, Product and Date as dimensions.</P><P>In memory QV joins Promotions and Revenue over the fields Shop and Product. This has an (in this case) undesirable side-effect:</P><P>The user wants to select a Promotion and a Date-range to compare Promotion and Revenue, but when a certain Shop/Product combination does not exist in Revenue for the selected Date-range, then Promotions for this combination are not shown either.</P><P>As far as I can figure this is caused by the 'natural join' QV creates between the two fact tables.
