We are about to atempt to connect to Teradata as our data source; currently using Oracle. We are running on a 64 bit Windows server box. There is a 64 bit ODBC driver from Teradata and a 32 bit OLE DB driver. Has anyone connected to Teradata with either driver and what are preferences and pitfalls. Thanks.

AK2,

No; I have not heard from anyone regarding this issue. My understanding is that you have to establish an OBDC connection, which will allow you to create the connect string within QV. I will post a solution if I can resolve the issue myself.

Rich
