Things have changed quite a bit from then, and now you can use Publisher and create Supporting Tasks to run External Programs. You have to create a BAT file and in one line set something like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE style="overflow-x: scroll;"&gt;&lt;PRE style="margin: 0px;"&gt;"C:\Program Files\QlikView\qv.exe /r C:\Path\To\Document.qvw"&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;as the program you want to run in Scheduled Tasks. Quotes are needed (test if any) when the name contains spaces. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I don't think I can use a macro to do so, since Macro will only run on client side and not server side?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
