I want to create a Qlikview app which lets me know which users are actually looking at the reports which are available to them and how often they log in.

Is this infomration stored anywhere?

I'm running Qlikview Small business 10 SR1. All of the users that log access qlikview using the AJAX client which is running through a seperate IIS.

It seems kind of strange that a BI tool dosnt come with more indepth user activity reporting.

Thanks in advanced

Shaun

Hi,

I was looking for something to show - Who has access to which QVWs. of course that would be the login.

If you are looking for the same, you can refer to this - http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-2293

It's a short vbsciprt that help to extract data of each QVW's DACLs and save them into TXT in this format >> QVWName | LOGON ID

If you are using the Ops Monitor, be it for V9 or V10, you can easily integrate this txt with "Sessions" table.

Good if you need to measure usage of QVWs.

Hope this helps.
