Click on a dimension/ expression value in pivot table and open another sheet

Hello,

I have a report with 2 sheets

On the first sheet I have a pivot table with expressions and dimensions. On the second sheet there is a raw data.

Is there any way to open 2-nd sheet, by clicking a value (in dimension , or expression) in the pivot table on the 1-st sheet?

you can look at using actions in field triggers when one of the dimension is selected. having said that QV does not differentiate between selecting ad dimension in a pivot table against selecting it through filters.

what i do in this case is duplicate the dimension and using the duplicate in the pivot table. this way i know that the dimension was selected through the pivot table and not as an ordinary filter.

obviously, you need to clear the selected field (the duplicated dimension) after switching tabs

Hi @d_petrov , please try this steps

1.- Documents Properties

2.-Triggers

3.-Add an action about a field

4.- Add an action

5.- About layout and activate sheet

6.- Put the ID of the sheet you want to go after the clic over the field
