Qlikview Missing Doc Cal

Good day,

Does anyone has encountered a missing doc call from the QMC.

we have 203 doc cals but from the actual usage, we are only using 161 doc cals.

but it is displaying 13 doc cals only available. do we have a way to track to re align missing doc cals

Hi @rbalatbat , in my experience, you have to check first how many doc cals are assigned to a qvw, because you can assign 100 for example, and put 50 users, so they are 100 blocked, but just 50 in use.

Another thing is when you just delete a qvw file from explorer, and you didnt disable the reload task. In that case , cal are missing too, so you can create a sample QVW with the name of the deleted one, then you can find the app in QMC to disable schedule.

I did check the assigned doc cals for each qvw but when I sum them up all I still have a missing 42 doc cals.

Have a look at the Qlik Support video/article How To Recover Document CALs Assigned To A Deleted QVW as it should help you account for and restore the missing Doc CALs.
