Hi ,

I need to show the data in a pivot table in the format attached.

I am having 3 dimensions(ProductiveType,TotalHours,Engagements) and a rolling3months as a field.

I need to analyse the data for the past 3 months in the format attached.

Please suggest.

Hi,

I suggest that you put the engagements and months as dimensions.

expressions should be only 2 (sum of productive time as percentage and for the n prod you can have the formula of sum of total hours - sum of productive time)

If ever that you have all months you can just select the 3 months that you would like to see and the table would adjust into those months.
