Reload sticks after few records

Hi,

I am trying to reload the qvw from the Personal Desktop. After processing few hundred records, it just stucks. I have tried several times and the reload stucks exactly after the same number of records where it was stucked last time. Any idea?

Can you examine the data where it stops to see if there is anything unusual? If you are loading from a csv file with quoting, the problem is usually unbalanced quotes. Take a look at this thread for some suggestions if you are using quoted data.

where is the data coming from? Can you send us the part of the code with the problem?

Hi,

I am trying to load the data from oracle tables. I found the strange thing though. even though the execution status window was not refreshing, it actually was loading the data. After a while, I killed the qvconnect64.exe from task manager(hoping that is was finished) and the execution status window displayed the final count XXX, but when I checked the number of counts using the text box, they were far less than XXX. This is completely weired.

While searching on the community, I found that this is Qlikview bug. Please let me know how can I make sure that the QVW is created for the entire dataset.
