Cyclic Group Issue - 12.4

Hi All

Recently client is doing in Qlikview 12.4 upgrade from 12.1 and we have been asked to valid the UI if any issue has identified. We have been finding lot many cyclic group issue 12.1 vs 12.4 and bit of struggling to fix it.

I have attached the screen shot for both version cyclic group. In 12.4 items are not showing completely

Can anyone please advise what property setting has to be done for the chart .

QlikView 12.3 (Nov 2018) received changes in chart rendering engine to the SKIA engine. This causes the cyclic group button to be rendered differently. Mainly the positioning changed.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that the only option is to fix the positioning of each cyclic group after the migration. In QlikView Desktop, select the chart, press and hold CTRL+SHIFT, some red squares will appear for you to change the positioning.
