Restrict users adding new sheet object either in server or QMC

How to restrict users adding new sheet object. When users trying to create New sheet object it consumes cpu utilization more and effect the performance of the applications. I have more than 50 qlikview applications.Is there any option in QMC to restrict users creating sheet objects either in server or QMC.If so,please suggest any work around in qlikview. How this different form bookmarks?

Scroll down to the Allow Server Objects section, that should be for what you are looking. That is the global setting, there are also document level settings in the Document Properties\Server tab settings of each application that would override the global setting, just FYI.
