Restrict the data in Pivot table

Hi All,

I have pivot table and i am using Adhoc report with multiple Dimensions.

1.if my data is future then it won't show the data i.e it is showing zeros.

For this i have used Secondarydimensionality function.

How to restrict the future data in table.

2.I have 3 dimensions like Dim 1, dim 2 , dim 3. in dim 3 having Orders and Shifting.

if i select the Dim 3 (Orders and Shifting) data is showing zero and if deselect the Orders and Shifting then data is showing normally.

for example Supply 1-> Categories 1 -> Orders

if expand category 1 then data coming Orders then data sales and Profit data is showing zero and if i collapse Category 1 then data is showing Normally.

3. if i expand sales Q 1 then all measures data Q 1 is expand, i don't want to expand All measures Quarters data.

like if i expand sales Q 1 then expand Sales Q data , and if i expand Profit Q 1 then expand Profit Q 1 data.

is it possible Sales Q 1 is expand and Profit Q 2 is expand.
