Have Windows 10 Professional

Microsoft Office 365

Qliktech QlikView 12 SR.4

valid license for Qlikview

Have uninstalled MS Office and reinstalled MS Office

Have uninstalled QlikView and reinstalled QlikView

application is still not working properly

Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated

The first thing I would recommend is updating to a supported release, version 12.00 has not been supported for two years now I believe, the latest track is 12.40 SR3, but the closest track to 12.00 is going to be the 12.20 track, and the latest SR there is SR10 I believe, so I would try one of those two in order to see if the issue persists or not.
