Expression - count only where min(Period)

hi all

Please find attached (Scrambled) model.

so I have one selected Cookie (just to test). In my expression I only want the cookie to appear ONCE where Min (Period) is true.

How can I achieve this? Im not sure how to incorporate this in the existing Aggr setup.
